This fun\, Halloween-inspired event will provide a safe alternative to door-to-door trick or treating.\, Dublin Police\, City of Dublin representatives\, and various community partners will decorate their vehicles in the spirit of Halloween and provide treats to children of all ages. Food vendors will also be on site\, and a family-friendly movie will play on an outdoor screen. Bring blankets and/or low-back chairs to watch the movie.\, Dressing in Halloween costumes is highly encouraged!
